Zoning Certificate ordered from a specific planning region. Please note that we cannot order it without a copy of the property's Municipal Rates & Taxes account.

Cape Town Metro Zoning Extract. Takes 3 to 4 weeks.
Zoning Extract ordered via their centralized online platform. Once ordered it is allocated to a region, thereafter to an area manager and eventually to an area town planner. The original document then makes its way back to the Executive Director Town Planning for signature before scanned and sent. In Cape Town, this drawn-out administrative process takes 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
